We caught up with CWI's first ever Coach Education Manager, Chris Brabazon, to understand the fundamentals of coach education and the strategy to develop high-calibre West Indian coaches.

It is a truly interesting conversation and provides crucial insight into the larger work that is involved in turning around West Indies cricket. Nothing is an easy fix and to succeed more foundation building like Chris' will be integral to the process.
